And in what may signal a new approach to the White House, Ms. Clinton has retained a top Washington law firm to explore the precise property boundaries where the White House ends and the public street viewing area begins, while neighbors at 1599 and 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue have also reported receiving anonymous inquiries from local real estate brokers claiming to represent a "very, very motivated buyer".
